Wooden Elder Futhark Runes

The Elder Futhark runes were obtained by Odin, his sacrifice has allowed us to access the wisdom, communication and divination properties of the Elder Futhark. To be connected to the runes is a feeling that cannot be expressed with words. 
The Elder Futhark is part of the oldest form of runic alphabet. It was commonly used throughout the 2nd - 8th century. Vikings would carve these runes onto their tools, weapons, amulets and more. They would offer protection, blessings or warnings. They were also used on rune stones, inscribed onto boulders as memorials for their dead. 
This handmade set of Elder Futhark Runes is made from natural wood cuttings, each rune averages 2-3cm in size. They have been engraved, burnt with a pyrography pen then left with a natural finish. 
The set also comes with a velvet pouch and instructions on spreads and how to read your runes.

Please note: This set contains 24 runes. The 25th blank rune is a bit controversial! I have chosen not to add it into this set.
